My name is Sergey and you are on my website. Today I will show you how to quickly, simply and beautifully make a collage of photos. I will demonstrate 6 ways to create collages, and you will choose the one that you like best.
1. Fotor online service
The first program is actually not a program at all, but an online service that allows you to make a collage of photos online for free, in a matter of minutes. Suitable for those who do not want to install anything.
The service is located at: https://www.fotor.com
Before creating a collage, you need to sign in to the site. If this is not done, then the finished collage cannot be saved. In the upper right corner, click Login and go through the most simple registration process by entering your email and any password. Or sign in with Facebook. I will do so.
Now you can start creating a collage. On the left, you can choose the template that suits our purposes. There are a lot of them. For example, I will choose the first template.
The template will immediately load on the main part of the screen. Now you need to add a photo here. To do this, at the top of the screen we find the button Open - Computer.
We select on the computer photos from which you want to make a collage.
All photos are uploaded to the right side of the screen.
From here they can be dragged one by one onto our template.
All photos added to the template can be moved, thus adjusting the desired object in the center.
For each added photo, you can apply an effect. To do this, select the photo, click the Effects menu and select the one you like. We also do the same with each image: select it and apply a filter.
Note that other advanced settings can also be made here. Change the size, frame, its color, add texture and so on. We do not dwell on these details, but if you suddenly need it, know that you can do it!
In the end, this is what I ended up with:
In a new window, give the collage a name, select the format jpg and the quality is maximum. It remains to click Download and save the photo to a convenient place on your computer.
It was the easiest way to make a photo collage online. However, he did not even require the installation of any programs. But the programs are also convenient in their own way, and once you install the necessary software, you can create collages again and again even without an Internet connection. Let's look at these options in more detail.
2. Collagerator
In general, there are a lot of programs for creating collages. We will look at some of them in this lesson. One of them is called Collagerator and makes some pretty cool collages.
In the main window of the program, select the New Collage menu.
Through the plus sign, add photos that will be used in the collage.
Photos are automatically, in random order, superimposed on the collage template, but of course we can manually adjust them. You can swap photos in places, for example, move the top to the bottom or vice versa. You can also move the photo to the side.
After setting up the collage, click the menu File - Export and save the photo to a convenient place on the disk.

3. Photocollage
The next program with which you can make a collage of photos is called PhotoCollage. If you need a program with a huge number of different templates, with the ability to apply photo filters and apply interesting inscriptions, then PhotoCollage is the right option for you.
Download PhotoCollage, install the program on your computer and get to work. Now I will show you how to create a beautiful collage in a few minutes.
Run the program and press the button New collage.
In the next window, select the template type. I will choose to demonstrate Page Templates, but keep in mind that in the next section Collage Templates a few dozen more different blanks.
Now you need to choose the template itself. Find the one you like and choose it.
Specify the page format on which we will add our photos. For a collage, the most convenient format is, of course, A4.
The next step is to add your photos to the collage. We drag them by opening the disk and folder on the left, or simply by double-clicking on the template, we indicate in turn where the photos are on the computer.
After about three minutes, I filled the entire collage with my photos, added a little contrast, saturation, worked with the text, and this is what I ended up with:
To make collages easier, here are a few tips:
1) Double click on any object (photo, text) opens settings. There are a lot of interesting things :)
2) If you need to adjust the position of the photo, then grab the yellow marker with the mouse and drag it to the sides.
3) Any of the objects can be easily removed. To do this, simply select it with the mouse and press Delete on the keyboard (or right-click the Delete item).
4) If you will print a collage on small photos, then choose Photo 10x15.
5) You can send photos for printing directly from the PhotoCollage program.
6) Do not forget that when choosing sections with templates, there was another section, where there are also many interesting blanks.
After a couple of minutes, I created another collage and it turned out pretty nice.
You can see all the templates only when you install PhotoCollage and go through all the tabs yourself. There are really a lot of them :)
4. TurboCollage
As I said, you can make a collage from photos on a computer in various ways, because there are a lot of programs and the principle of work is basically the same for everyone. Next in line is TurboCollage .
In the upper left corner of the program, you need to click on the plus sign to add pictures for the future collage.
The collage will be generated automatically. Frames with photos can be reconfigured, or swap photos.
Also on the left, you can choose a different template for photos, colors, and the like. All this can be customized to your liking.
After doing some simple manipulations, I got this:
It remains to click File - Export As and select a convenient location on the computer to save.
5.CollageIt
Another program with which you can create a collage of photos is called CollageIt. It is also necessary select a template, upload photos via the Add button, change the sorting if necessary, increase somewhere, and somewhere decrease the indents, and then export.
It turned out like this. Not exactly neat. Everything is in a hurry, but if you sit and work with the details, it will turn out very beautiful!
6. Photoshop
Well, the last program for creating collages from photos, which we will consider, is, of course, Photoshop. Of course, this powerful graphics editor is primarily intended for more complex tasks. But collages in it are also made no less simply, especially when you know the basics of working with this program.
Here I will not go into details, this method of creating collages is for those who are already at least a little familiar with Photoshop. And in short, collages are made here as follows. The necessary photos are selected and thrown into Photoshop, then a document is created, preferably with the International Paper Size type, and all the necessary photos are moved to this document.
Then these photos are adjusted to the desired size using the Transform tool (Ctrl + T) and cropped using the selection tools. Use the arrows to move the pictures to each other at the desired distance and voila, the collage in Photoshop is ready!

How to make a photo collage.
It is very easy to make a professional high-quality and varied collage, it does not require years of experience in Photoshop and it will take very little time. To do this, I use the well-known program Picasa. With her help, I made all the collages presented here quickly and easily. 
1. Install on your computer. Who is not familiar with this program, I will say that this is a free software from Google for viewing and storing photos. The program is functional, simple and understandable, it does not weigh much, it works smartly.
2. Select those photos from which you want to make a collage. Best in JPEG format
I usually create a special folder on my desktop where I drop photos for future collage.
3. Open the Picasa program. Add a folder with photos to the program (File - Add Folder to Picasa).
It happens that the program starts searching and scanning all the images on your computer. If this happens, just stop this process.
So, add a folder with your photos to the program. On the left, select your folder, on the right - the green checkmark "Scan once". Photos appear in the program.
4. Highlight photos in any way you know. In the menu at the top, click "Create" - "Create Photo Collage".
5. In the window that opens, select the collage format (square, A4, 10x15), the type of collage.
Very often, I use my own format, set a custom aspect ratio. What is useful when you need to fit, for example, in the size of the site.
To remove unwanted photos from the collage, simply click on them with the mouse and then press the Delete key.
Choose the grid step - the thickness of the white line between the photos.
You may want to make a mosaic of photos. Also feel free to click on the "Shuffle photos" button and change their location. You can also swap photos by simply dragging and dropping them.
Or you might want to make a stack of Polaroids. In any case, experiment with the settings. The program is very simple. 
6. Click: "Create Collage" - a Draft will appear. You can save it in JPEG format anywhere on your computer.

- underlay 40*60 made of polyurethane sheet, plywood or plastic;
- hangers for attaching to the wall. They can be perfectly replaced with adhesive tape or Velcro;
- foam brushes;
- glue (possible PVA);
- double sided tape.
First, form the composition: select the photos, their size and arrange them in the desired order on the substrate.
Please note that all images must be in even rows, as well as the same size and quality. A little trick - mark the lines of the rows with chalk or a pencil, but in such a way that you can easily erase them later.
Then carefully stick the photos on double-sided tape. Finally, cover the collage with a layer of glue so that it becomes really whole and is protected from dust.
"I love you…"
In the same way, you can make a selection of pictures of a couple in love. To make the collage look romantic, try making it in the shape of a heart. Cut out the desired shape and place the selected photos. Try to avoid empty spaces and excessive overlap. The finished product can be laminated or placed under glass.
It will be interesting if you add some decoration. For example, lighting around the perimeter.
Good old A1
This option is just as simple, but more accessible and multi-detailed. This collage will look very good as a birthday present for a friend. There is no single scheme. You can stick the best pictures of the birthday girl, or you can share your photos. Write with her loved ones a lot of colorful congratulations or funny stories from life. It is up to you to decorate the poster with paints or clippings from newspapers and magazines, decorate with sequins with rhinestones or buttons with threads.
Collage gives a huge scope for imagination. The main thing is that it be unique, filled with warm feelings and memories. The only thing that remains common to all collages of this type is that all ideas are placed on a Whatman-based paper.

You will need:
- sheets A3;
- 2 types of scrap paper (you can use any decorative paper);
- corrugated cardboard;
- glue;
- double sided tape.
To get started, make templates from sheets: 12 squares 10 * 10. In each, draw puzzles and cut them out. Transfer the templates to scrap paper in two colors that match with each other. Glue the puzzles onto decorative cardboard on the back and cut out. Attach the selected photos with double-sided tape on both sides of the product. In order to hang the collage, glue a string to the product.
